I’m new to your platform and have just paid for reports for 2 years. I think the tax reports are great and I’m finding this already a lot more robust than Accointing. I just have a few things that haven’t set up correctly. The most significant is ByBit margin trading wallet. I asked them for the data and they sent me three files of my transaction history which I have uploaded. The strange thing though is that the Dashboard says that I have about 5 times the amount of BTC when actually I do in ByBit. I wondered if this was a common problem with their data and how to fix it. I look around the Koinly site but couldn’t find any specific help on correcting ByBit issues.

Yes, Same problem here. I need to keep refreshing the API in ByBit. That’s frustrating, can’t you contact them to add Koinly as a trusted service that doesnt need the refresh of API periodically.
