Describe the problem:
I am having problems importing a csv file of my bybit trading history. I contacted bybit twice and they sent me 2 downloads of csv files.
I import it on koinly.io and it seems fine to me but the system is not letting me import it, it keeps saying unknown file.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Contacting both bybit and koinly support, editing the file my self but no luck.
