Bybit Import API or CSV not working

I connect Bybit API… it only imports a few deposits but no transactions

I then download their CSV files. Koinly doesnt accept them.

So I enter all data into the koinly CSV example download file.

STILL does not accept the file.

There is no way of adding my bybit transactions currently through API or CSV.

I have a paid plan but currently it is completely useless if I can’t include bybit data.

Please help.

Hello!

Alex from Koinly here

This should be fixed by now, could you please try recreating the API key and sync again?

If it’s still not working please send us an email at [email protected] so we can take a closer look!

Best regards,
Alex

Check the response in this thread:

He has some ideas on what could be the problem with the API use.

I created a new a new Bybit API key today and now it is not syncing anything. No deposits and no transactions. Something must be very broken.

Hello @michaellegner

That is very odd! It should be working fine at the moment.
Could you please send us an email at [email protected] with your details so we can look into it?

Thanks!

Best regards,
Alex

It worked a week ago or so but now it is completely broken. Since I have deleted and created the wallet with a new api key to really reset things I have nothing but the two manually entered deposits there. Help!

Sent an email yesterday but no answer to that question yet. Would be nice to get this working.

And no, your guide on how to import a file for Bybit doesn’t work.

Deleted the wallet and recreated the api key. No transactions synced but the yellow warning has the correct differences apart from it saying I have 2610.59 SHIB in my Bybit account. That is not true. I have never owned any SHIB. Something is really messed up with the Bybit integration since a few weeks (worked, apart from deposits, around new year).

Correction: I just found out that I actually have those SHIB. No idea how they ended up on my account though. Only worth 5 cents

Yeah I have the exact same problem, I think that SHIB is an airdrop, I checked my assets on ByBit and it does exist but I didn’t buy it. I have the same problem with the yellow differences of assets. Did you get this to work?
