Describe the problem: API will not sync up. I have tried new API’s several times and I keep receiving the same error message. I also tried importing the transactions and they are not correct.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding? FTX US
How did you import data into this wallet? I tried both the API and downloading the transactions and importing them.
What have you tried to fix this so far? I have tried creating several API’s and uploading the transactions.
I had a problem today syncing my Binance account to Koinly over the past few hours so I deleted my Binance wallet and uploaded the API again then I tried to re-sync it but at first there was no response but I kept persevering as I had to keep clicking on the sync wallet many times then finally after many attempts it finally synced so I would just keep trying.
I don’t know if there is a glitch in the system somewhere or if Koinly are having internal issues, also today is the end of the tax year here in the UK so I don’t know if that is affecting anything.
I created several API keys after each one got this error message: “Access denied, check your API keys.” Did this resolve itself for any of the prior posters?
