Describe the problem:
When setting up Binance API sync, Koinly cannot find any transactions.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
API import.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Regeneration of API keys several times and resync.
Import via file works, but the API sync does not.

I have same problem. No transactions. No error messages.
Also tried deleting and replacing API.
Same here just opened the account today no transaction synced I’m in the U.K.

Hi guys,
The most common reason for this is if you have selected an incorrect starting date for the API sync.
If you want to sync your entire history, then this setting should be left to the default ‘start import from beginning’
