NDAX - Koinly is NOT pulling any transactions via API

Describe the problem:

No transactions are syncing despite having done plenty. If it’s relevant, my transactions are all from Nov 2021 onwards

I was asked to copy/paste this:

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?

Nothing? It’s not importing anything. I tried to recreate the API keys and retry and still nothing
