Auto-sync with OKX exchange - Sync Failed

I see that many people have add this problem in the past - has anyone actually been able to resolve to the issue. I have contacted the exchange but this has not resolved the issue. Considering moving funds off the exchange as it seems I will need to manually enter the transaction which is too tedious. Koinly - can this be resolved?

Auto-sync via API for OKX with Koinly failes. Access denied.

How did you import data into this wallet?
I haven’t yet - considering doing it manually.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Multple new API keys, conntacted exchange.

This is a new issue that has been reported to our developers. You can follow the case and receive automatic updates when its status changes by upvoting the link below:

For now, the workaround is to use the CSV import method.
