My subscription to daily sync my wallets aren’t happening daily. It’s usually a few days behind.

I’ve reported the issue before but it continues to happen after the last attempt to fix.

Hi @Ali_Koinly, The daily sync issues have definitely not been resolved. My 30 or so wallets are being synched at various times on a roughly 3 day cycle meaning on any given day some of my wallets will not show activity for at least 3 days. This problem has existed since late last year and has been the subject of periodic posts by users. It is obviously very friustrating when you log into Koinly and know that you won’t have a complete picture without first resynching many of your wallets.

Yeah I’m still not getting a daily sync
I am having the same issue. Always need to manually trigger the sync.
Was the issue fixed for you?
