Syncing stuck, queued

Describe the problem:
Can’t sync any of my wallets. Have been waiting several hours.
Last sync 14 days ago.
I tried to sync all at once. then delete my wallets. not changed.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Binance and ETH

How did you import data into this wallet?
Auto[Sync]button.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
At first the popup read “Binance sync queued"for several hours. I deleted it, thinking binance was the problem, but instead it read " Synicng queued”

I am having the same issue with Bitpanda / Bitpanda Pro and Binance Smart Chain exchanges / wallets. My guess is that a lot of people are trying to complete their tax reports currently and the koinly servers are under heavy load. Butin the end it is just speculation on my side.

And the Support does not reply. A real shame. Are technical issues a reason for a refund?
