Binance.US No fiat deposit history

Hi, I am new with both Koinly and BinanceUS. I’m having this problem. My fiat deposits are not included in the transaction history. I tried many ways. I deleted BinanceUS API and make the new one. Did that twice (4 times actually). I also tried input manually using CSV files, I did that like 3 times. I even deleted the cache on every tries. I want to request help from BinanceUS and Koinly customer support, I know asking help from BinanceUS is pretty much wasting time. Now I try with Koinly, I was hoping to speak or email to real person. I end up in here which I know this is just discussion group. If anyone has the similar issue and successfully resolved it. Please kindly share with me.

Wallet: Binance US (Binance US)
Transactions: 27
Imported with: API

  1. No crypto withdrawals found
  2. API does not allow access to: Fiat purchases
    ---- Fiat purchases are not returned by the Binance US API

Importing the “Generate All Trade Statements” was not enough to fix my issues, I also had to import an XLSX file called “Export Deposit History” which I found in Wallet > Transaction History > Fiat > Deposit.
