I’ve seen this issue posted a few times on the forum and most seem to have the follow up message of:
“Importing the “Generate All Trade Statements” was not enough to fix my issues, I also had to import an XLSX file called “Export Deposit History” which I found in Wallet > Transaction History > Fiat > Deposit.”
I tried this however and found no way to generate an XLSX file or any tab with Export Deposit History.
Has this feature been removed or anyone found a new work around?
I’ve tried all I can think of but still not any closer to resolving this issue. I need access to my history of fiat purchases as 60 are missing from the history despite the entire account statment, API, etc.
