Withdrawl from one wallet to another not being connected

Hi, in mid February I moved 200 XRP from my Binance to another exchange, however in the binance transactions it is being treated as a withdrawl to somewhere unknown. When I go to the other exchange’s transactions (On Koinly) it has the 200 XRP transaction but says “Purchase history missing” on that transaction. How do I connect the 2?

This is the only difference on my “End of Year Holdings” so once I have solved this, that should be me done! Almost there! lol :slight_smile:

You can do one of three things:

  1. If before importing, make sure that the withdrawal’s time is within 12 hours from the deposit and make sure the transaction hashes are the same in both legs. This will match them automatically at import.

  2. If after importing, select both transactions and then click on merge

  3. Select one of the transactions and then change from withdrawal or deposit to transfer. Select the other exchange and copy the amount over. Sometimes it will then auto match, other times you need to soft-delete the redundant transaction
