Syncs with Kucoin but no transactions download

Describe the problem:
Koinly shows Kucoin as properly synced wallet. No transacrions download - shows as 0. I deleted API from both Koinly and Kucoin and tried again. Same result.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
