Import of Binance transaction doesn't show what actually happened

Describe the problem:

Import of transactions from Binance account don’t show what actually happened

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

USDT withdrawal from Binance account to Polygon

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I’m not sure how I should handle this, if at all. I tried “Resync wallet from the beginning”, but this transaction still seems to be wrong.

Long story:

  1. Koinly shows a transfer of USDT from Binance to Bybit
  2. This is essentially correct, except that I withdrew from Binance to a Polygon address and deposited from there to Bybit
  3. The transaction shows up in Koinly for my Binance account AND for my wallet address on Polygon
  4. Binance history (on binance.com) shows a transfer from my Binance account to my Polygon address
  5. Polygon chain explorer shows the transaction from 4. and the transfer from my wallet to Bybit

I’m new to Koinly and I don’t understand what’s going on here. Is this how it’s supposed to work? If not, how do I fix it?

Edit: For all I can tell, this doesn’t seem to result in incorrect token / balance calculations. I’d just like to make sure this isn’t going to bite me at some other point.
