Unable to login to koinly

Describe the problem:
Attempted to login without realizing I was on VPN and failed. Since turning off VPN and attempting to login, I get stuck at the cloudflare verification. It is looping.

I am able login using another device.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Cleared cache and cookies, tried different browser (all on the same desktop device).

Would you try the below to get started troubleshooting this?

  1. Log in through https://api.koinly.io/cf (this should clear the Cloudflare cache)
  2. Try a different browser if you haven’t already.
  3. Try accessing Koinly on another device such as a mobile phone, tablet or iPad.
  4. If you’re using a VPN, try changing the server to the UK or US
  5. If you are using an iOS device, please try temporarily disabling Private Relay in your iCloud settings
