Describe the problem:
I can’t login anymore using Google Account. No VPN, no filter. But no access!

Can you help me?

Please could I ask you to try the following initial steps to troubleshoot your issue for us?

  1. Log in through https://api.koinly.io/cf. This should clear the Cloudflare cache, the browser’s cache and any cookies that might be affecting your access.
  2. Try a different browser altogether, if you haven’t already. Are you able to sign in this way at all?
  3. Try accessing Koinly on another device such as a mobile phone, tablet or iPad.

If you are using an iOS device, please try temporarily disabling Private Relay in your iCloud settings, as this has been effective for some users.
