Describe the problem:
After a week without issues Koinly now logs me off after nearly every move i make on the site.
Now I’ve imported data from 13 out of my 15 wallets (app. 2500 transactions!) and it keeps logging me out and every time I get to log in for a few seconds it appears to be trying to sync wallets or update. It appears an issue with my account because my friend can log in on my devices with. No issues.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Not regarding a single exchange.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I’ve tried all the suggested fixes from the AI bot:
- I’ve tried different browsers
- I’ve logged in with google
- I’ve logged in with different browsers.
- I’ve used pc and mobile
