Describe the problem: I have synced a Coinbase Wallet with BTC. The wallet has a 10 or so transactions over the last year and a current balance. After setup and successful sync, Koinly shows 0 transactions.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding? Coinbase Wallet
How did you import data into this wallet? Auto sync
What have you tried to fix this so far? Tried the SegWit and Legacy addresses. Same result for both.
Hi, I have a similar problem with uploading Kraken transaction details. There are about 90 transactions on the report that I pulled from Kraken. However, whenever I try to upload it to Koinly, the upload failed. I tried both .csv and excel upload options.

When you connected the ETH blockchain, you probably put your public ETH address from your Coinbase account, rather than from your Coinbase wallet. They have two different addresses.
Delete the wallet from your koinly and add again, this time make sure to copy the address from your phone, as it is different.
