I have a glitch where I’m unable to have 2 transactions merged, and I’m not sure if I should just soft delete, my Shakepay or Coinbase transactions
If anyone knows would I should do I’d appreciate an answer
I am assuming you transferred ETH from Shakepay to Coinbase and want to reflect this as a Transfer? It looks like the tx time is off by a minute. Do the two transactions have same tx hash? Maybe there is no tx hash shown on one or both?
You could Soft Delete the 2 API transactions (Send and Deposit) and enter new Send and Deposit transactions Manually so that they have the same time stamp and transaction hash. You should then be able to Merge the 2 manually entered transactions to create the Transfer. I have done this on a few occasions when I have run into a Merge glitch. Perhaps worth a try.
