Hi, I have purchased plan for Tax year 2020-2021 (Pro plan) , but when I try downloading the report, it says that I still need to purchase the plan. can you assist with solving this issue? thanks
this is the error message I get “You have significantly exceeded your account limit of 11000 transactions, please reduce your transaction count or upgrade your plan”
but in the summary of tax year 2020-21 , I have only 5320 transactions (which is far less what my Pro plan covers)
I have messaged support, but they didn’t get back to me?
