Koinly says I have almost 21,000 plus transactions on the dashboard. I’ve bought the pro plan and paid for 12000 extra transactions, but on top of the pages there’s an error in a pink box telling me to upgrade plan and it’s not calculating anymore. Then if I go to download my tax report it says “You have significantly exceeded your account limit of 37000 transactions, please reduce your transaction count or upgrade your plan.”
I’m surprised at the 21,000 transaction amount, but 37,000 is ridiculous. There’s not enough time in the day. How do I fix this and get my tax report?
