I receive the message ‘You need to purchase a tax report for 2019 before you can generate reports’ for 2019/2020 tax report. I’ve purchase the $179 plan then updated to the $279 plan. The error message presist.

Is this shonky software? There seems to be a lack of support.

I’m not sure but I think the plan is per tax year?

So you can’t use the biggest plan for all years (not sure about that)
