Problem with koinly paiment plans

Describe the problem:
For 2020 I only had 403 transactions in total I have paid for 1000 transactions but because I am gone over 1000 transactions in 2021 I now have to upgrade my plan. If you are trying to actually get paid per tax year then it is not clear since my plan is expiring in August 2021 but in reality I am forced to pay for a new year. You should make this much clearer. I assumed that I could download my tax report for 2020 as long as I did not go over 1000 transactions for 2020.

I think the pricing page could do with improvement too.

I haven’t bought a report yet but I think you pay for the tax years you need reports for and the required option depends on the number of transactions you had in that particular tax year. But not 100% sure. Could be more clearly explained.
