I got a phonecall saying that I had a frozen account from 2014 and asked that I should reactivate it to get my funds and she said they weren’t going to ask me for anything,if they want funds/1% fee can’t they just take from frozen account…probably a scam right?ringing me back tomorrow

the email went into span and was from:
refund@cryptodept.co.uk - no website at: cryptodept co uk
I then logged into https://app.koinly.io/p using the username and password they provided in the email
and it says I have bitcoins worth up to £71,934
He then said on the phone that in order to withdraw this, I will need to pay 1% in order to reactivate the account
sounds really scammy, would be nice to have some money in the bank though
