Phone call saying I have a frozen account worth 70k - is it a scam?

so I got a phonecall from someone who seemed they were in a busy office, they said I had a frozen bitcoin account so they emailed me a login
the email went into span and was from:
[email protected] - no website at: cryptodept co uk

I then logged into https://app.koinly.io/p using the username and password they provided in the email

and it says I have bitcoins worth up to £71,934

He then said on the phone that in order to withdraw this, I will need to pay 1% in order to reactivate the account

sounds really scammy, would be nice to have some money in the bank though

This is a scam!

Anybody can create a Koinly account and add manual deposits of any asset. We are looking to implement tighter security features such as email verification soon!

It goes without saying, do not pay any money to these guys no matter how convincing they may seem.
