I got a call from phone number with the name Organic realty. They said that I have a frozen Bitcoin account. They said they are some blockchain service. They told me they help get access back into the frozen account. They said I don’t have to pay nothing upfront but when I get my Bitcoin that they take a fee. I need information on these people please. Have anyone else got these calls?

This is almost certainly a scam. 
What happens is they find your email address on the internet somewhere and set up a Koinly account in your name. They then add manual transactions to Koinly to make it look like there is a large amount of BTC in your account and tell you it’s yours.
Their story will probably change and say that you do have to pay the fee/tax before getting the BTC.
When you pay the fee, they will disappear and you’ll never hear from them again.
I would advise stopping all communication with them, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. 
Koinly doesn’t hold any funds and we do not block peoples’ accounts. It sounds like they were trying to scam you also.

According to me you can verify the authenticity of the caller, you can try this also online forums and social media for any discussions or complaints regarding calls.
I have someone calling from Koinly stating my account is frozen and they have verified it is mine … although I never had an account before, of course it has lots of money on it … they have an email I never saw with my name and they are asking me to login with them only so that they can provide the password … does this sound legit ? here is the number of the person +372 5384 3006

This is a number that’s done just that,tried to get me to go into my bank
