After auto-syncing my pubx address from Eternl Wallet all my transactions have been accurately recorded. However, when I proceed to view my balance, Koinly shows “No Coins” and the balance is 0.
I am using Eternl Wallet on the Cardano (ADA) network.
I’ve imported my data using Auto-Sync API
So far I’ve tried to delete the sync date, delete the wallet, and check to see if I had any missing transactions. The balance still shows 0 with “No Coins”.
Same issue here. For me it started a few months ago where it wouldn’t update my staking rewards but now it’s progressed to what you describe. Shows all the transactions but my holdings are zero. I’ve tried using Eternl/Yoroi/Daedalus API and I’ve also tried using the csv export all with the same problem. 
Same problem with me all Cardano wallets sync TX but balances, number of coins etc are not shown at all. i have cardano native coins that i am farming and wven though i am claim koinly shows zro balances and income of these coins even though the transactions exist.

Our devs have planned to fix the balance issues, I will report back and update you once the ticket is marked as complete. In the meantime, please use the “ignore reported balances” setting.
