Describe the problem:
The Balance in my wallet does not match the balance that Koinly says I have in that wallet. My other Cardano wallets appear to be correct after being added by API.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleting the wallet and added the wallet again and also resyncing the wallet multiple times. Triple checked the wallet address.
