Missing transaction history for 10 months of 2021

**Please help me. Transaction history and CSV export only covers December 2021 in Kucoin and the rest of the records for 2021 are missing. I need the transaction history and the CSV for my2021 tax filing. I must file it asap, and I’m so desperate and worried. My ticket number is 2227895. Please give it a priority. Thank you

Does anybody get answers to any of these questions. I think it is a deliberate act to screw crypto holders on taxes, i am so late with no resolution in site this service just calculates a gain for you when there should be losses
