KuCoin Missing cost basis/dust transactions

Describe the problem:
There is a lot of missing purchase history in my Kucoin Account. There are issue’s in my Coinbase, Kraken, Kucoin, and Kucoin futures. For the small “dust” transactions that were left on kucoin (the majority of issues) could I simply delete?

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Mainly the Kucoin wallet.

How did you import data into this wallet?
via API

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I had tried with the CSV file but I believe there was overlap when I exported the data so I can redo the CSV file correctly if need be. In that case would I also need to use the CSV files from margin as well? Or is there a way to get an overall yearly report that I could use from kucoin?

I’m also missing purchase history for several exchanges that import via API. Namely Coinbase Pro and MEXC. It appears to be a broader issue.

These used to work because in my test Koinly account all the transactions were imported about a week ago without any issues.

It would be incredibly helpful if Koinly would let us download CSV files on a per-wallet basis. Then I could save known good CSV files and import them at a later date if needed.

The whole 100 day window they give you for exporting data to CSV is pretty tedious (also the fact that you can only export 5 within 24h). I just exported mine and made sure my dates were butting together tightly and so far Koinly looks like it is processing the information better. Waiting for it to update everything and hopefully my issues will be resolved. It also seems to have reduced my transaction count as well.
