Imported with: CSV

  1. No crypto deposits found
  2. No crypto withdrawals found
  3. 7 transactions are missing purchase history
    ---- Missing 2485.52731507 USDT between 2021-11-12 19:12:08 UTC and 2021-12-20 11:39:38 UTC

Describe the problem:
i am seeing missing purchase history errors for my USDT because apparently Hotbit does not provide USDT deposit history.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
hotbit
How did you import data into this wallet?
For hotbit, I followed instructions in your koinly documentation/video (Filing Your Hotbit Taxes | Koinly) to manually export trade history excel files from hotbit, and then converted them to csv files . However, they do not include deposit records from when i transferred USDT to hotbit. Your video did not explain how to actually create the transfers manually.
The USDT was sent/deposited into hotbit from metamask(via the binance smart chain) and I can clearly see those records appear fine in koinly from when i imported the binance smart chain wallet. However, the hotbit wallet does not seem smart enough to know that the binance smart chain wallet contains the withdrawals from which it could use to figure this out itself.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried creating transfers manually in Koinly and although i noticed it fixed the hotbit error but now i get the same error for the newly added transfer(because the transfer i added can not seem to find the source of where it came from(which was metamask). Perhaps i did not add the transfer correctly? Do i need to include a proper TxHash for Koinly to use to track it back to the BSC chain wallet? I tried specifying one but it did not help. i was hoping that Koinly would just see that there was some USDT added and it would be happy, i guess not. Im extremely confused.
Anyway, I tried contacting hotbit to see if they can provide some kind of csv that includes the USDT deposit history but they said no, that i would need to just manually need to copy each one from their webpage… Not helpful at all.

So at this point i am at the mercy of koinly to help me fix this issue. Please help me out here.
