Missing purchase history for coinspot XRP and USDT

Describe the problem:
says Im missing purchase history for xrp transactions that I sent from coinspot to ledger.
also purchace history for USDT that I sent from coinspot to bitrue.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
coinspot and bitrue

How did you import data into this wallet?

CSV! as API with bitrue wouldn,t recorgnise all transactions,
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried API manually enterd info = nightmare
did CSV method yesterday with coinspot, that didnt help thought it doubled transactions up, so I deleted wallet and started again using just CSV for both coinspot and bitrue.
