MEXC - Missing Purchase History for USDT Purcased via SEPA or Bank

Describe the problem:

The USDTs used to purchase coins are showing “Missing Purchase History for USDT”. Where as these USDTs were purchased via SEPA bank transfer.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?

Tried importing files again. The deposit fine is included and it includes USDTs transferred from other wallet. So have added the SEPA transfer manually but didn’t help.

How to fix this issue where the USDTs are showing missing purchase history.

All the data is uploaded as CSV (Trades, Deposit and Withdrawal). No future transactions so not included.

Any help would be great.

Missing purchase history errors generally mean that either the data you have imported is not complete or is duplicated. More about this in Missing purchase history for XYZ.
