Missing purchase history Mexc

Describe the problem:

So I have purchased different crypto (BTC, LTC etc) via Coinbase and then I have transferred these crypto most of them to my Mexc account. Everything on Coinbase side seems ok but it seems like the purchase history is is not reflecting in the Mexc export file, I have traded both spot and futures. Or it is something with the timezones or amounts that triggers Koinly to disregard from these. Instead acquisition cost is assumed to 0 which is not correct. I have made losses and it is showing I have made profits during 2024.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Coinbase + Mexc

How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried Chatgpt to correct but still doesnt work. Tried googling and tried searching hereā€¦ Would really appreciate if someone could help me/guide me.

Thanks so much in advance

/Fred

Hi @Fred

When it comes to MEXC, the CSV import method is the recommended way to import your data which is what you seem to have done, however, there are a few files (including your Future Fund Flow) that you need to import. Failing to import any one of these files may results in inaccurate transactions.

Once you have make sure the data imported is complete (matching balances, no missing purchase errors in the wallet), then check the transfers between wallets and make sure they are correctly merged. Check out the article below for more information:
