Describe the problem:
Tried 1000 times in all different ways, files from as far back as possible in 2023..
Like please wtf is wrong im so pissed its insane. How do i solve this?

  1. 914 transactions are missing purchase history

You are missing deposits/trades for some coins so Koinly has assumed you got them at zero cost. This can result in higher taxes if the amounts are large. Make sure you have imported your deposits/withdrawals/trades for all years into this wallet.

  • Missing 16476.93405355 USDT between 2024-01-25 13:50:43 UTC and 2024-12-30 14:23:31 UTC
  • Missing 1.73 SOL between 2024-11-14 07:00:06 UTC and 2024-11-23 08:43:07 UTC

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
both manually and auto at seperate times

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Everything i can think of + koinlys support is absolutly useless.

Your issue must be with the files you imported.

Make sure you have not mixed API and CSV - delete the wallet and recreate it using the CSV import method only.

Follow the guide below to export all the files mentioned below and import them into the wallet. The files should cover your entire transaction history on MEXC.

CSV Files needed:

  1. Deposits and withdrawals
  2. Spot trades
  3. Margin trades (if you have any)
  4. Futures trades (if you have any)
  5. Futures fund flow (if you have any Futures trades)
