Luno API only pulling the last transaction

Describe the problem:
I connected Luno API to Koinly and it’s only able to pull the last transactions (free Bitcoin from a referral). There are no buy/sell trades on this platform, but there are many referral rewards that I’d like to have added to Koinly correctly. Please see the syncing error below:

Wallet: Luno (Luno)
Transactions: 1
Imported with: API

  1. Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support.
  2. No airdrops/forks found
  3. No crypto withdrawals found
  4. No trades found

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried to resync multiple times throughout the day and have been unsuccessful.
