Exchange sync issue (One Trading)

Describe the problem:
Auto-Sync does not show any transactions in wallet despite giving API-Key with full access rights.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Wallet: One Trading (One Trading)

How did you import data into this wallet?
API Sync

What have you tried to fix this so far?

  • Triggered full re-sync
  • Manual Import via CSV File without success

Hi Aria,

I followed the steps from the link you shared, but unfortunately it still isn’t working. I’m seeing the following message:

No transactions found
The API did not return any transactions for your account.

I think the problem is One Trading, because I found this notice on the platform:

Please note that orders can only be retrieved for up to the last 30 days. If you need to retrieve orders for a longer period, please use the Export function.

Could you please advise on what I should try next?
