Describe the problem:
My first transaction with Koinly… to generate a 2022/23 Tax Report. Koinly says: No transactions found on my BTC wallet. I can ignore ‘No airdrops’ and ‘No trades’, but I do have Withdrawals. It would take some time to put these in manually, and I’m left to ponder what use is Koinly (and what it promises) if I have to go to this extent?
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Ledger Nano X. I buy and sell with BTC Markets
How did you import data into this wallet?

Re-synch. No result.

Perhaps you are using the wrong address. In the first instance, can you please let me know if you followed the guide here - https://help.koinly.io/en/articles/4735636-how-to-import-data-from-crypto-wallets-ledger-trezor-etc
Yes, I followed the guide. Since this post, I have gotten as far as adding my wallets, but with BTC Markets, although the data import seems to have occurred (354 stated transactions) I’m getting this; Auto-synch enabled. Synched 5 min ago. Access denied. Check your API keys. I have set a new API key, logged out, logged back in, and and am still getting ‘Access denied’.
Hello Ali_Koinly Leader. Do you have any more suggestions?

Has it been more than 30 days since you added BTC Markets wallet? It could be that the keys have now expired, and you need to generate new ones.
I would guess that is the issue if previously, transactions have been synced on this API.
Get back to me if the above is not the case, and I will open a support ticket for you 
Thanks for responding. No, I added all wallets, including BTC Markets, only this week. The others have synched. Still getting this;
