APIs not working and Ledger Nano not being updated

Hello,

I bought about four tax years so far and looks good. However, my 2021 year is now a mess.

the Bitrue API key doesn’t work, no matter what I do, as well as the CEX.IO, Poloniex and Kukoin ones… “access denied”

Furthermore, Koinly wasn’t recognizing my Ledger Nano S, and was registering transfers to it as “withdrawals.” When I went in to manually fix this, it now displays that I have a much higher balance on my Ledger.

Not sure what to do about this all, but it’s a mess.

You might need to enter the ‘xpub’ address for your Nano wallet.
You can find this in Ledger Live, under the Advanced tab

Thanks for the reply. I just thoroughly checked all tabs on my ledger live, and I see none that say “Advanced.”

Click ‘Accounts’, then select the account you are looking at, then the Spanner icon in top right corner to Edit the account, then Advanced
