FTX stopped reporting that I have any coins

Describe the problem:
Syncing now shows that I have zero coins.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
FTX

How did you import data into this wallet?
Auto sync

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted API and wallet, created new API and wallet and imported from beginning.

My coins are now being reported correctly. I set skip sub-accounts in Wallet → FTX → Edit → Edit API Settings → Skip sub accounts = true

I am able to replicate my no coins issue but turning this setting off while turning it on fixes it.

I have the same issue.

Me too. I set up a sub account in FTX and first of all Koinly ignored the sub account. Then I set up a second API for the sub account and Koinly recognised it but then ignored all my coins from the main account. Even though calculated balances are correct, koinly is saying they are zero in FTX.

I’m going to delete the second api and see if it restores my original balances.
