FTX -please fix API's (bonus paid API work around here)

Describe the problem:
Koinly’s FTX API does not account for Futures, Options, PnL, Staking and Lendings.The competitor CoinTracking does. By mistake, I was using FTX margin trading and bots. Got an insane amount of unsolvable transactions.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
FTX.

How did you import data into this wallet?
I had to pay for CoinTracking.info to use their better API, that includes Futures, Options, PnL, Staking, Trades, Sub-accounts, Trades, Lendings, Deposits and Withdrawals. But since all my history is in Koinly and I like Koinly’s interface better, I exported an CSV from them, edited with Visual Studio Code text editor (there was some coin name changes like SOL2) and then uploaded.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
All imported and it seemed to work. But it sucks having to pay for 2 different tax services to handle this stuff… Just wanted to post this for others with the same problem. Could fix Binance and Kucoin problems too with this work around (or switch to competitor if Koinly doesn’t fix their API’s, because CoinTracking.info showed us that it can be done, it’s not the fault of the exchanges API)

This. I have whole multiple batches of missing transactions in Koinly which I can see on cointracker and on the FTX website transaction history. I have no idea why Koinly doesnt see them.

I have the same problem. Also seems to not understand movingmoney between sub accounts. I’ve just started with Koinly and so havnt paid anything yet. Looks like cointracker might be a better option for me!!

Same problem, I tried to delete and recreate multiple times. I don’t have any complex trades or options and yet the app keeps telling me that the API failed. Cointracker works with FTX flawlessly.
