Describe the problem:
Koinly dont sync FTX Subaccounts.
Api Read-Only is connected with Koinly. But after a sync, nothing is imported. According to FTX interface the Api should cover all Subaccount.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Moving some of my coins from a FTX Subaccount into the Main Account. Now this coins are listed in Koinly. But i dont want to move everything from the subacounts into the Main Account. This is not a good solution.
I also tried to creat a second API for a Subaccount only. As soon as i try to sync this API in Koinly i get this error message: “Access denied, check your API keys.”
I tried another tax calculation website to check if this is the fault of koinly or ftx.
The other tax calculator works fine with the Main FTX API and import all subaccounts automatically.
Pls fix.
We’re working on FTX subaccounts syncing via API, but I don’t have a timeline for when it will be implemented unfortunately.
For now the only method to import your subaccount data is to use the CSV method. When you choose the type of transactions in the history on FTX you will see an option to switch which account history you’re viewing. So you will have to follow the same process on each subaccount to get the full history and ensure that transfers between accounts gets properly labeled .
