Describe the problem:
I just connected the KuCoin Futures wallet today. Koinly picked up some older transactions, but not the futures trades I just did today. You can see that I just sync’d 2 minutes ago but the most recent transaction is a month ago.
Is this a known problem either with Koinly or the KuCoin Futures API?
Will I need to manually import the trade history? (Hoping not…!)

I just sent a copy to Koinly support, so no need to answer this. After I posted, I noticed the pinned post about API support.

For others that may experience this issue for API/CSV, we have an integrations page for Kucoin Futures.

Please note in the CSV section of the integrations page that the file named “PNL History” can be imported into a newly created “Kucoin Futures” wallet. The other file named “Trade History” is not needed because Koinly doesn’t import futures trades, only PNL amounts.

The api syncs when the funding updates on KuCoin. I believe it’s every 8 hours. You’ll see total pnl for the 8 hour funding period so you may see realized profit or loss while holding positions due to positive or negative funding rates.
