Describe the problem:
Whenever I try to sync these wallets they never actually update to reflect recent activity. It will say “your portfolio has been updated” after trying to sync but it won’t have imported any recent activity. I’ve been clicking sync all this time but it hasn’t actually properly SYNCED in two months.
Under the wallet name it will say “synced xx minutes ago” but under the number of transaction it says: “2 months ago”.
It doesn’t matter how many times I try to sync, it no longer updates!
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Ethereum and Fantom.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Trying to sync over and over again. I do not want to have to delete these wallets and start again as there are many manual entries and edits.
