Solana Wallet Sync issue

Describe the problem:
I was trying to Sync my Solana address but it is not syncing and not showing any transactions

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
I have used Phantom wallet

How did you import data into this wallet?

I have used API to import transactions data
What have you tried to fix this so far?

  1. I have Deleted the address and added it again
  2. I have cleared internet cache file
