Describe the problem:
The CSV import from the App is not showing or calculating Card Top ups and shows as a FIAT balance.
Fiat deposits show correct to the app show correct as do cashback. But nothing from when you send FIAT or crypto to the card

Firstly, you should make sure all the three files covering your entire transaction history have been imported as per the instructions in the guide below:

I can see an open case on our feedback portal regarding this platform reporting wrong fiat balances:
I have no ETA but you can upvote the link above to receive updates when the status of the case changes.
I should mention that fiat balances do not affect your tax calculations in Koinly and this is only a visual error that you can fix by adding a manual deposit/withdrawal of fiat.
