Describe the problem:
I have tried several times to connect ADA, ETH,ICP and FIL from my ledger and can set up the ledger wallets but they all show £0 balance. All other coins in ledger that I was able to select the blockchain for from the drop down have worked fine. ICP and FIL weren’t in the dropdown. Wierdly, it does seem to show the right total value for my portfolio but the data for these coins in missing or hidden
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
using the add your wallet function on the desktop app, then selecting ledger, setting up auto-sync and pasting the address from ledger where it sasy add blockchain and clicking the import button
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have retried about 4 times with each coin. I have moved some ADA into kraken to see if it updates from there and it does, so the issues seems to be the connection with Ledger
