Describe the problem:
Koinly will not show my balance from Polkadot DOT when i use my CSV file from Ledger. When i try to seperate the coin and sync from Polkadot DOT “send Adress” - given by Ledger Live, then it works fine!
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tryed to remove wallet from Koinly and restart many times. Tryed to download CSV file many times. Tryed to reinstall Polkadot DOT in Ledger several times.
