unable to sync ledger cardano

HI I am unable to sync my ledger cardano wallet with koinly. Tried two different addresses - one returns zero transactions, the other returns more than 1000 transactions, which are not mine. I only have one transaction in there. So none of the addresses work. I see people have issues with this often, but I didnt find any viable response so far.

  1. added the transaction manually, but it still shows zero balance, ebcause it tells me it doesnt correspond to api

Hi @Kalstoychev

Make sure you are using your xpub key instead of your single address as for blockchains that use UTXO (BTC, LTC, Cardano,…) the address changes with every trnascation and the xpub is able to capture all. This is explained in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano: No transactions or few txns imported.
