I have had nothing but issues with trying to get my Bybit transactions into Koinly. With so many comments about this from other people, you would have thought that Koinly would make this a priority to resolve.
Initially, I tried the API route, but noticed it wasn’t pulling through all of my transactions and wasn’t showing the transfers from spot wallet to derivatives wallet. Therefore, I decided to get the CSV file instead. I used the example text they have on their website for requesting this data from Bybit via email.
I now have the csv and when I upload it into Koinly, I get an error. I spoke with customer support and they said that a column was missing - but why doesn’t Koinly clearly state which columns are required in the CSV file so that we can request this from Bybit in our initial email to them?
It took 5 days to get the csv file. I still don’t know which columns are required from Bybit in the CSV file.
I am unable to complete my tax returns.
